Information on the processing of personal data:

In accordance with Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), we inform you, as data subjects, about the processing of your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

We process personal data of clients and other natural persons for the purposes of:

– fulfilling obligations under the contract to which you are a party in relation to us as the data subject, – evaluating the traffic to our website and creating statistics based on our legitimate interest in monitoring the operation of the website and its optimization,

– marketing, consisting mainly in sending newsletters based on our legitimate interest in informing you about our activities in connection with the provision of services.

Where do we obtain your personal data from

We obtain personal data:

– directly from you when concluding, during the term of the contract and in the performance of the contract for the provision of services and in connection with their performance,

– from another natural person (for example, a client) within the framework of the provision of services,

– from available registers, lists, records or websites (for example, from the real estate cadastre). Failure to provide personal data to clients to the extent necessary to achieve the specific purpose of processing personal data may result, for example, in the impossibility of concluding a service contract or may have a negative impact on the quality of the services provided.

For how long will we store your personal data?

In the event of concluding a service contract to which you are a party, for the purpose of taking measures prior to concluding the contract based on your request or for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations of the controller, we process your data only for the necessary, legally determined period, namely during the duration of the contract and subsequently during the period of personal data storage, during which the controller is obliged to store contractual and other documentation containing personal data, in accordance with special generally binding legal regulations, in particular in accordance with the Mediation Act, with Act No. 395/2002 Coll. on archives and registries and on amending certain acts, as amended, with Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, as amended, and other generally binding legal regulations. In the case of sending marketing messages, we process your personal data until you unsubscribe from these messages, but no longer than 5 years from the termination of our contractual relationship.

What are your rights when processing personal data?

The lawful processing of your personal data is one of our priorities and we consider its protection an important part of our services. When processing personal data, you can exercise the following rights:

– the right to information about the processing of your personal data

– the information mainly includes: identification and contact details of the controller, or the responsible person, if established, the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipient or categories of recipients of personal data, information about the transfer of personal data to third countries, the period of retention of personal data, authorized processors, a list of your rights, the possibility of contacting the Personal Data Protection Office, the source of the processed personal data, information about whether and how automated decision-making and profiling take place,

– the right to access personal data

– you have the right to confirmation of the fact whether or not personal data are being processed and, if so, you have access to information about the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients, the period of retention of personal data, as well as the right to information about your rights, the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office, information about source of personal data, information on whether automated decision-making and profiling are taking place, information and guarantees in the event of a transfer of personal data to a third country or an international organisation. You also have the right to be provided with copies of the personal data processed,

– right to rectification

– in the event of a change in personal data (e.g. change of surname or contact details) you have the right to inform us and we are obliged to bring your personal data that we process up to date,

– right to erasure

– the right to erasure means the right to “be forgotten”. In some cases stipulated by the regulation (e.g. if in your opinion it is no longer necessary for us to continue processing your personal data), we are obliged to delete your personal data upon your request,

– the right to restriction of processing

– you can exercise this right if you wish us to process your personal data only for the most necessary legal purposes or if you wish to block your personal data,

– the right to data portability

– exercising the right to data portability is possible in cases where you wish us to provide your personal data to another controller or another company. In such a case, we will transfer your personal data in an appropriate format to the entity designated by you, unless there are any legal or other significant obstacles preventing us from doing so,

– the right to object

– if you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your privacy or in violation of legal regulations, you have the right to contact us and request an explanation or removal of the illegal situation. We specifically inform you of the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21(2) of the Regulation for direct marketing purposes. Upon filing such an objection, we will no longer process your data for this purpose,

– the right to file a complaint

– in case you would like to contact the authority responsible for supervising the protection of personal data during their processing, this authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, https://dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou/ . The aforementioned rights of the data subject are further specified in Art. 15-21 of the Regulation. You can exercise these rights in accordance with the regulation and other generally binding legal regulations against the operator by means of a written request to the registered office address or by electronic means at the e-mail address: info@logextra.com

If you request to exercise your rights in person, we may allow you to exercise your rights provided that you prove your identity.

Profiling and automated decision-making.

We do not perform profiling or automated decision-making when processing the personal data of our clients or potential clients.

Use of cookies

We process cookies in order to evaluate the traffic to our website and create statistics. This personal data is stored until their expiration or deletion from your device.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on the computer or other devices of the user of the website with access to the Internet by our company. Cookies are sent back to the servers of the website that stored them when the user returns to this website. Cookies allow us to distinguish you as a user from other users of our website, record your activity on our company’s website, thereby making it easier for you to browse the website and allow us to improve and update the ways in which you as a user can browse it. We use cookies on our website to track traffic using Google Analytics and the data obtained is used exclusively for statistical purposes. You can set the use of cookies, including their deactivation, directly in your internet browser. If you do not allow the use of cookies, you will still be able to visit our website, but some functions may not be available to you. We do not allow third parties to use our cookies for their own purposes or to place their own cookies on the user’s computer or mobile device when visiting our website.

Processing of IP addresses

An IP address is a unique identifier of a device connected to the internet or to a local network, which allows it to recognize other systems connected via the internet protocol. It is considered personal data in particular if, when processed together with other personal data, it allows the identification of a specific end user of the internet connection. Each time you visit our website, the following is recorded:

– the anonymous form of the IP address that sent the request

– the date and time of the request,

– the link from which you reached our website,

– the name of the website you viewed,

– the browser and browser version you used,

– the user’s operating system.

We evaluate this data mainly for statistical purposes. We may also track the IP address for the purposes of solving technical problems, maintaining the security and protection of our websites, restricting access to the websites to certain users and better understanding how our websites are used.

How can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?

If we process your personal data based on your consent and you decide to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, you can do so in writing at the address of our company’s registered office or at the e-mail address info@logextra.com

In the appeal, please state your name and surname, and possibly other identification data, and to whom the appeal is addressed. Please also explicitly state that you do not wish us to further process your personal data for the purpose for which you granted your consent to their processing. If it is a written appeal, please sign it yourself.

Cross-border processing of personal data.
